We had PaintPals out to paint our entire first floor that had not been painted since the early 90s. Marcos was our painter and he was very thorough and efficient, he also made great company, answering any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Marcos made sure that each room had the correct instruction and that we were happy with it as he finished the work. He made sure to not cut corners, adjusting each room as needed. We're very lucky we had Marcos as the lead of our crew! We did run into some confusion about the number of paint colors included in the project, but the sales team was responsive and worked with us to get everything sorted out. My only suggestion for improvement would be to spend a little more time during the initial quote explaining how color selections (ceilings) and pricing work with the available options, especially for first-time homeowners who may not know what questions to ask.
