Paint Pals has been growing fast lately and we plan on keeping it up. If you want to be part of a winning team that’s rapidly growing, then fill out an online application. Ideally candidates will already have experience painting, but are still willing and open to train and learn our specific processes.
Responsibilities
- Communicating is a large part of being a team member at Paint Pals. Listening to your team mates or management is really important so that everyone is on the same page. Listening and truly understanding the needs of clients is something we take pride in. However, communication is a two way street and we strive to create a fair work environment for everyone, so let us know when something isn’t right for you.
- Always being safe is the most important responsibility you’ll have every day. Never take short cuts that might put you or a team member in an unsafe situation.
- Exterior painting means that you will be working outside mainly during spring, summer or fall months and occasionally during winter months.
- Interior painting can be inside a client’s home or business and we must always be respectful guests.
- Following procedures is important at Paint Pals, especially when it comes to prep work. We’ve worked a long time to perfect our methods! Sometimes it’s OK to do things your own way, but sometimes we’ll expect you to follow Paint Pals procedure.
- Purchasing supplies will be required of every employee from time to time.
- Occasional team meetings happen from time to time and everyone is expected to attend.
